Walked the Sanctuary from the ferry landing to Cotton Wood Hole today with Fly Bob. Great amount of chrome large sockeye stacked up at the ferry landing. Good amount throughout the Sanctuary. The mouth of the Russian was full of fish. Hole up to Cotton Wood had good amounts. Grayling also had a good amount. Reports from down below yesterday were limits by many as a large shot went through. Big amount headed this way as the run continues to build. Looking really good.

Fished later in the evening after we got off the Kenai River.  Trout was a blast and although we did not fish for them, we saw an impressive amount of sockeye just about everywhere we fished.  Found a back pack so we dropped it off at the Kenai Cache Outfitters lost & found.
